You will have the opportunity to act as the dedicated HR point of reference for one of our business areas — IT or Marketing Communication — becoming a strategic partner for managers and employees and supporting their growth and development in a dynamic and international environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTalent Acquisition: Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned business area (IT or Marketing Communication), from defining needs with managers to coordinating interviews and maintaining relationships with external partners (headhunting firms, universities, and the internal TA team). /liliOnboarding Management: Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing all related administrative tasks. /liliEmployee Lifecycle Management: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hires, changes, exits) in compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies. /liliHR Business Partnership: Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers in your business area, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations. /liliCollaboration with Centers of Excellence: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation Benefits, Talent Development) to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization. /liliHR Projects Initiatives: Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. /li /ulh3Knowledge and skills /h3ulliDegree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field /lili3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment /liliStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes /liliPrevious experience in supporting business functions such as IT or Marketing Communications is considered a plus /liliAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion /liliExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels /liliProactive mindset, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus /li /ulpJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
