Role
CAR-T End-to-End IT Product Analyst
This position has a primary location in Madrid (ES), Warsaw (PL), Prague (CZ), Lisbon (PT), Milan (IT) or Pefki (GR). This position requires up to 10% travel.
Role Description
You will join us in a key role bridging the business operation teams and the technology teams, to ensure the successful platform enablement to support launch and execution of the CAR-T operations across EMEA. This role will lead the seamless setup across the platform, including master data orchestration, platform configuration and asset localization.
The CAR-T End-to-End IT Analyst is responsible for overseeing the master data flows across the platform, and for translating the business needs into user stories for the master data management solution. In addition, the person will engage with the local teams in the EMEA markets, to drive the country launches and lead the seamless setup across the platform.
The person will follow up on the alignment and delivery from the squads. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Advanced Therapies organization in the coordination, planning, implementation, and deployment of solutions across the EMEA region.
Our CAR-T digital platform combines multiple off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions to deliver a reliable and streamlined commercial experience for our customers across the patient & cell journey. The platform is being rolled out throughout Europe and needs to be compliant with various requirements and support different delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the master data orchestration and end-to-end data flows across the technology platform
* Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the master data management solution
* Configure and maintain business process flows in the orchestration tool; perform hands-on implementation of master data solutions
* Guide and support local country teams through platform setup, localization, and launch activities
* Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and support teams
* Coordinate with agile squads and cross-functional stakeholders to track deliverables, dependencies, and action items
* Maintain SDLC compliance: keep documentation, system configuration records, and test scripts updated
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of technology experience
Experience And Skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Demonstrated ability to capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions (user stories, process flows)
* Experience working in cross-functional, self-organized/agile teams
* Strong skills in end-to-end business process mapping and curiosity about the big picture
* Analytical approach and familiarity with API concepts and management
* Solid project management skills and proven ability to coordinate complex tasks across multiple teams
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
* Passionate to stay up to date with current technology trends and best practices
Preferred
* Experience with business process orchestration tools (for example BPMN/Camunda)
* Experience in project management for complex system setups and platform rollouts
* Experience in life sciences, regulated industries, or knowledge of cell and gene therapy concepts
