Liaise with clients, senior management, operational, and sales teams to review proposals for PDS opportunities, support new business requests, and manage site visits from potential customers. Assignments, Specific/Primary Activities: Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, company policies, and procedures, including cGMP and other regulatory standards. Review proposals prepared by the UK quotation team based on Italian costs and technical guidance. Engage with customers to understand technical project aspects, gather necessary information, and assist in developing scope of work and cost estimates. Collaborate with Account Executives and Project Managers to promote Patheon, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet project requirements. Prepare data reports and share analysis with site leadership and relevant organizational levels. Support sales inquiries and assessments. Contribute to continuous improvement of proposals and presentations. Host and manage customer visits, virtual or on-site. Handle multiple customer requests, coordinate follow-ups, and interact with site management and technical teams. Facilitate new project introductions, liaising with customers and internal teams, contributing to S&OP and business forecasting. Perform all responsibilities of a PDS Project Manager as required. Communication: Communicate proactively and professionally internally and externally, influencing decisions and escalating issues when needed. Promote a positive and proactive culture within the team. Leadership: Demonstrate flexibility, multitasking, and leadership in coordinating team efforts. Liaise tactfully and discreetly with internal and external parties. Requirements: Education: BA or MS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related field. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use; pharmaceutical background or experience in R&D preferred. Professional Experience: 2-3 years in a related technical or project management role, including pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, manufacturing, or customer contact. Languages: Knowledge of additional languages is preferred.
