Senior Culinary Team Leader
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced culinary professional with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team of chefs in achieving exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and supervise a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
* Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
* Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
* Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Financial Management:
* Manage kitchen budgets and inventory levels.
* Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost savings.
* Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior culinary role.
* A culinary degree from a recognized institution.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with kitchen software and systems.
