Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe's foremost hubs. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and organize the Engineering Maintenance department, including plant budget and investment management. /li liCoordinate project implementation activities for new departments and modifications of existing areas by supporting all the phases of the project (from conceptual to detailed design, URS in compliance with current legislation, GMPs and company EHS criteria). /li liEnsure implementation of sustainable programs to oversee the site general maintenance (equipment, utilities, buildings facilities), with continuous improvement and applying GEP. /li liEnsure monitoring of the site supplies (electricity, gas, water, etc), in compliance with the certifications, Authorities' requirements, energy savings and digitalization. /li liResponsible for the implementation of a program for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of production machines, GMP utilities and supporting supply. /li liSupervise and manage general services, with or without external companies’ support. /li liEnsure the Capital Master Plan definition, execution, control and maintenance. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liEngineering degree. /li li10-15 years of experience in managerial roles in either Maintenance area, Engineering and Equipment Qualification applied to pharmaceutical equipment and infrastructures (e.g., ISPE guidelines, GEP). /li liExtensive Technical know-how about most updated technology in heating and cooling systems, sterile equipment and OSD manufacturing equipment. /li liExperience with brownfield/greenfield expansion projects, possibly in sterile manufacturing. /li liKnowledge of environmental, health and safety local, regional and national laws and regulatory. /li liExperience with application of Lean methodology (Six Sigma, TPM, 5S). /li liCDMO pharma manufacturing is a plus. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
