💼 Project Manager Opportunity – Remote

Athena Retail, part of the RELEX Solutions group, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of RELEX’s suite of systems by managing and coordinating project teams both internally and with our customers.
Your Role:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and lead software implementation projects from start to finish
- Own project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and profitably
- Create and implement communication plans, including steering group meetings and stakeholder updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure customers realize measurable value from RELEX implementation projects
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops, documenting actions and following up until completion
- Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and resource requirements as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end IT system implementation projects
- Experience with grocery, CPG, or FMCG retailers or suppliers
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale software projects
- SaaS industry experience with strong understanding of SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and willingness to travel
- Availability to work in a hybrid / remote mode
- Based in Europe
