Your role
As an IT Analyst SAP SD, you will support the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes within the Corporate Wholesale business.
You will assist in analysing business needs, configuring SAP solutions, perform tests, and collaborating with senior team members to deliver enhancements and maintain system performance, also to grow in expertise in SAP SD within a dynamic and international environment.
Main responsibilities:
1. Functional Analysis, Support & Configuration
2. Collect and document business requirements.
3. Support the configuration of SAP SD, using IMG configuration tools, under guidance from senior analysts.
4. Help perform testing and validation of SAP changes and enhancements.
5. Collaborate with other SAP modules (LE, MM, FI) to ensure integration.
6. Support testing, training, and deployment activities for SAP enhancements and rollouts.
7. Perform root cause analysis of functional issues, debugging if necessary
8. Operational Support
9. Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD users.
10. Help troubleshoot functional issues and escalate when needed.
11. Contribute to user training and documentation efforts.
12. Team Collaboration
13. Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external consultants.
14. Participate in project activities and workshops.
15. Maintain clear and structured documentation of tasks and solutions.
Main requirements:
16. Degree in Engineering (Management, Information), Computer Science, or Economics & Business Administration
17. At least 1/2 years of experience in SAP SD/LE modules
18. Basic knowledge of SAP customizing (IMG configuration).
19. Understanding of SAP integration with MM and FI modules is a plus.
20. Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.
21. Familiarity with SAP AFS is an advantage.
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
23. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
24. English: Fluent
25. French language is a plus.
26. Willingness to travel occasionally (in Italy and abroad).
