Ph3Products Supplier Quality Manager /h3pFree2Move eSolutions is a Stellantis company ( ready to become an international leader in the design, manufacture and supply of e-mobility products and services. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3pTask activities: /pulliMonitor quality KPIs: daily analysis of manufacturing scrap quantity/cost and collaborate with technical and support teams to identify areas for improvement in the design, manufacture, delivery of our charging solutions and suppliers. /liliLead the team in defining effective root cause corrective actions: initiate, assign, and manage problem investigations to understand the root cause of manufacturing and field quality problems and monitor their progress through the problem‑solving process (Ishikawa, 5 whys…). /liliPerform technical analysis on scrap (first level analysis), create written reports to inform involved teams of issue resolutions, support escalation to supplier. /liliPerform process and suppliers audits to assess compliance, capability, and effectiveness. /liliStudy the ability of a manufacturing process to meet specifications using SPC methodology (process capability, X‑R chart…) and define process improvement plans. /liliProvide shop floor support: create an escalation process to support reaction during production activities, train people on “quality culture”, ensure awareness of people in case of customer claim (quality alert), implement reinforced control in case of new product launch. /liliConduct MSA studies: repeatability and reproducibility studies on measurement systems, monitor status/calibration of measurement devices to assure the conformity of measurement chain. /liliMonitor supplier performance and escape to supplier quality in case of recurrences and nonconformity of critical characteristics. /liliCreate and periodically update control plan document. /liliMake the bridge between customer requirements, field issues, and technical teams to assure quality issues are properly understood and addressed (Prevent, not React). /liliSupport during PFMEA activity providing customer requirements, quality goals, and historical lessons learned to the project team. /liliSupport during supplier development process conducting assembly tests on process line. /liliManage the product evolution process quality by ensuring that all opened actions from the project have been properly closed or mitigation plans are in place to support the transfer. /liliAs responsible of the integrated management system, manage and implement the processes necessary for its maintenance for Morocco. /liliEnsure the resolution of non-conformities related to quality, health and safety and the environment, supporting the CEO, Delegates and all corporate figures in the identification and implementation of preventive and corrective actions for Morocco. /liliConduct internal audits (ensuring independence) for Morocco. /liliManage audits of certifying bodies, control bodies and clients for Morocco. /liliManage internal and external communications related to all the matters of the integrated management system and the fulfilments of HSE rules for Morocco. /liliMeasure and analyze the HSEQ KPIs of the integrated management system and any need for improvement, reporting to the CEO and Delegates for Morocco. /li /ulh3Required knowledge and skills /h3ulliProven track record in managing Products Quality and Supplier Quality in the e‑Mobility sector. /liliComprehensive understanding of the e‑Mobility market. /liliAbility to work in a complex environment. /liliResults and customer oriented. /liliFamiliarity with charging technologies in general and field‑proven experience with BEV and PHEV vehicles. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulh3Place of work /h3pMilan or Turin /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
