We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.
About the role:
1. Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand
2. Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty
3. Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team
4. Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS
5. Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment
6. Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions
7. Training for store teams of the CRM projects
8. CRM initiatives and loyalty program of OVS, Stefanel, GAP collaborating with the other CRM team members.
What We're Looking For:
9. University background in Economics, Marketing, Statistics
10. At least 3 years of experience with a solid focus on CRM
11. Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
12. Strong analytical mindset
13. Solid project management skills
14. Digital and innovation-oriented mindset
15. Expertise in CRM and Retail reporting
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills
17. Team player, able to perform in a fast-paced environment
18. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
