The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, be highly motivated and possess a transformative, innovative vision.
Designing
and
developing
customized configurations within the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, tailored to client needs, leveraging
Power Platform tools
(e.g., Microsoft Customer Insight Journey/Data)
Collaborating in defining new
functional requirements
to ensure tangible competitive advantages for clients
Overseeing the deployment of new releases in the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite : supporting testing and debugging phases, monitoring pre- and post-transformation performance and producing clear documentation of improvements
Managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their professional growth
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
A Master’s degree in
Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, obtained with excellent academic results
At least
3 years of experience
in implementing complex solutions using the
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM suite
Official Dynamics 365 certifications
Knowledge of
Microsoft Copilot
within the
Dynamics 365 suite
The ability to design complex architectures based on client requirements and to lead technical teams in developing the solution
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage project stakeholders
Excellent leadership qualities combined with solid communication and negotiation skills with clients
Strong organizational and teamwork abilities, with experience in managing priorities, budgets, and staffing needs
Fluency in English, ideally supported by study or work experience abroad
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
