Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the "eternal city", this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Zuma Rome is proud to be part of the Azumi Collection.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and support the floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations
* Demonstrate deep menu knowledge and ensure the team delivers accurate, exceptional service
* Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience
* Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain high standards
* Oversee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations throughout service
* Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow
