PpWe're looking for a bGroup Trade Compliance Manager /b to help strengthen and oversee global customs and trade compliance within an international, cross‑functional environment. You'll work at the intersection of btax, supply chain and business /b, supporting consistent governance across countries and helping the organization stay ahead of regulatory change. /p h3Daily responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the supervision of bglobal customs trade compliance /b operations, ensuring adherence to customs regulations, import VAT and other indirect taxes. /li liHelp develop, implement and continuously improve the bimport/export compliance framework /b, translating regulations into practical policies and operating guidelines. /li liOversee bcustoms authorisations and special procedures /b (e.g., special regimes) and support governance alignment across jurisdictions. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional activities with both btax and customs implications /b, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and international entities. /li liAct as a key interface with bCustoms Authorities /b, coordinating audits, inspections and related compliance activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in customs departments within multinational companies. /li liStrong, hands‑on expertise in customs regulations and governance, including goods classification and compliance processes. /li liStrong expertise in HS codes, rules of origin, customs valuation, and indirect taxes (VAT and other indirect levies such as plastic tax), ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and regular updates, as well as timely insights on duties and regulatory impacts for new initiatives. /li liAEO certification (Master Program – “AEO Referent”) is required; exposure to EUDR‑related requirements is considered a plus. /li liExperience acting as a trusted point of reference for internal stakeholders and international subsidiaries, supporting alignment, consistency, and compliance on customs topics. /li liStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across tax, customs, supply chain functions, and with customs authorities in an international context. /li liFluent English is required. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liComprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months. /li liHybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working). /li liCompany restaurant service. /li liAccess to our corporate gym. /li liA fast‑paced and dynamic international context. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
