WIS Retail Supervisor – What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead and engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time-management abilities.
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills focused on providing solutions.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk and remain active throughout shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and consistency.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently be in low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); use a ladder; lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
