Role Description
This is an exciting full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager, located in Milan. The Event Manager will oversee the entire event planning and execution process, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing event timelines, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and supervising on-site activities to ensure seamless event delivery. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that each event reflects IT Restaurants' standards of excellence.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
* Event planning, coordination, and execution skills with experience in budgeting and logistics
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in dynamic and high-pressure environments
* Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
* Knowledge of luxury hospitality or dining operations is highly desirable
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred in
