Overview
As a Receptionist at Zuma, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be the face of Zuma and create exceptional first impressions! This role is a part-time job, day time shifts with availability to work 6 days a week
Main Duties
* Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
* Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
* Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
* Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
* Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
* Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
