About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager based in Italy. As a key member of our post-sales lifecycle management team, you will play a critical role in supporting and growing our enterprise customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers in your territory
* Drive onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing technical support for our solutions
* Deliver expert product guidance, security best practices, and technical expertise to ensure customer success
* Collaborate with internal teams to support customer goals and objectives
* Conduct regular health checks, technical reviews, and advocate for customer needs internally
* Ensure smooth renewals and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and growth

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, CSM, Solutions Architect, etc.)
* Strong technical background in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments
* Proven success working with enterprise clients in post-sales lifecycle management
* Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders
* Based in Italy, with flexibility to travel to customer sites when required
