The selected candidate will report to the COO and will be responsible for the entire client relationship, from pre-sales to after-sales. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the commercial team in understanding client needs, including analysis and collection of requirements. /li liCollaborate on the definition of technical and functional solutions. /li liParticipate in drafting commercial offers and proposals. /li liPlan and monitor projects. /li liCoordinate internal teams (development, UX, QA, etc.). /li liManage the post-sales phase, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. /li liProvide training to clients on products/services and prepare training materials. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in computer science or related field. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role within IT companies. /li liKnowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). /li liCompetence in functional analysis. /li liGood knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira). /li liStrong commercial relationship skills and a consultative approach. /li /ul h3Benefits Compensation /h3 ul liDirect, permanent employment. /li liSalary range: €37,000 – €40,000 per year. /li liSmart working possible after the initial orientation period, approximately 2 days per week. /li /ul h3Location Details /h3 pSede di lavoro: Montecchio Emilia (RE).
