Sales Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian manufacturing market. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on parts manufacturing for customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and aerospace industries.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a self-starter with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The successful candidate will have direct experience within the parts manufacturing sector, serving customers in the aforementioned industries, as well as fluency in both Italian and English.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and remotely, driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals for our client's software solutions. They will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to our client's overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrated experience within the parts manufacturing sector, serving customers in automotive, healthcare, OEM, and/or aerospace industries.
* In-depth knowledge of the Italian market and business landscape.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Able to work independently and remotely.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (35% - 50% annual salary) + Company Car.
