Additionally, they will be supporting the monthly / quarterly closing activities, working in parallel on short or midterm forecast processes like Rolling Sales Forecast, Budget and 5YP. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pullibWeekly/Monthly: /b sales orders analysis and Orderbook reports preparation. Analyzing the main trends and liaising with Customer Support and Sales to anticipate future trends. /lilibWeekly/Monthly /b: support to the timely and accurate weekly/monthly rebates analysis (PL impact change and accrual monitoring). Collaborating to Rebate management through Guidelines maintenance, accruals check and execution (S4/HANA), rebates settlement and accrual release. /lilibMonthly closing: /b Actual sales and margin analysis for the Regional Op Report, helping to explain the main variances, in close connection with the sales team. /lilibYearly /b: Annual Forecast, Budget and 5-year plan processes support, including change management related to new processes/reports (local finance sales functions training), and strong collaboration with EMEA sales controlling Director for reports preparation. /lilibPower BI Dashboards development /b.
