Within the Personal Health categories, responsibility for driving insights around the performance and drivers of Philips and competitors’ brand, content and activation, through deep understanding of our WE consumer strategy and corresponding eco system vision.
Generates a thorough understanding of the brand and how our content and activation contributes to Philips competitive position, as well as trends that may affect that position in the future.
Works closely together with regional and local marketing teams to ensure insights and understanding are embedded into all our marketing and activation plans and activities.
This position can be based anywhere within the Western Europe region.
**This position can be based in any of the Philips hubs in the Western Europe region.**
**Your role:**
+ **Support Marketing Planning Process** by delivering timely and relevant insights across the process in collaboration with consumer strategy and planning managers, commercial insights team & local teams
+ **Understand and improve marketing activation performance.** Create structure for (full funnel) marketing activation performance tracking, utilizing MMM and other data sources
+ **Understand and improve content performance**, including both asset pre-testing as well as live content performance analysis across platforms, in collaboration with MEP managers, campaign managers & local teams.Ensure structure is in place to gain relevant and actionable insight from content performance tracking
+ Enhance consumer insight within the region; drive usage of platforms (e.g voxpop.me, DVJ dashboard), share relevant research from third party sources
+ Support BOMI and MMM processes in collaboration with campaign managers: insight generation co-ordination
+ DVJ campaign tracking co-ordination to keep live & updated, ad-hoc analysis, training & agency management
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Consumer marketing experience, preferably at least 5 years of experience
+ Market experience - you must have experience in this market, preferably in the zone or Europe region;
+ Experience working with consumer insight creation and consumer research
+ Experience with marketing activation performance tracking
+ Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders;
+ Strong analytical capability
