We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated Technical due diligence - Trainee to support our Building & Project Consultancy team at our Corporate Office in Milan.
Ideal Joiner
* Italian and English fluent
* Master Degree in Civil or Building Engineering or Architecture
* CAD drawing desirable
* Highly competent and skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Clear written and verbal communication style
What will be your daily activities?
* Support team members in managing building project work predominately from private clients, private managed estates and large institutional clients
* Data room organisation and collection
* Prepare presentation, update track record
* Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports
* Property area measurement according to international Standards
* Interested in technical due diligence, project monitoring, cost assessment process
* Support to preparation of tender documentation including preparation of construction details, schedules, specification of works for repair, alteration, property renovation and new build projects
* Consistently delivering high performance
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
