Overview
Vertiv is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner as part of its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The program develops future finance leaders through three one-year rotations across financial disciplines and mentorship, providing hands-on experience and exposure to top leadership within a global, multi-billion-dollar organization.
Responsibilities
* Support on product lifecycle management plans including product introduction, line extension, engineered to order, and end of production.
* Keep updated customer facing offering documentation and marketing collateral like product literature, list price, presentations and sales tools
* Cooperate on research for market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
* Support collecting voice of customers useful for new products business cases
* Check on product costs recovering, margins calculation, finished good inventory track
* Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons and other sales enablement tools and collaterals.
* Attend at customers meetings, products demos and WT
* Support AE and Sales team on specific documentation requests, ETO projects
Qualifications
* Finance Int BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline
* Relevant internship and/or 1 year of experience is preferred
* Recent Finance or Accounting graduate
* Ability to develop and articulate general strategies and detailed operation plans
* Strong analytical skills
* Proven track record of delivering commitments and working effectively with peers outside the Finance function
* Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management and financial software applications
