Marketing Activation & Go-To-Market Specialist (Freelance)
Support the development and execution of TMS marketing initiatives across brands, helping transform product launches, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling platforms into actionable sell-out programs for distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the company's transition from a traditional B2B approach towards a more activation-driven and consumer-oriented model.
1. Go-To-Market & Activations
* Support the development of launch plans for new brands, collections, and seasonal campaigns.
* Create distributor and retailer marketing toolkits.
* Adapt brand storytelling into actionable activation packages.
* Coordinate launch calendars and key commercial moments.
2. Retail & Sell-Out Support
* Support the creation of POS materials, digital assets, and merchandising tools.
* Develop retail activation concepts and promotional initiatives.
* Support distributors and retailers with activation recommendations.
3. B2B Communication & Distributor Engagement
* Support the creation of B2B newsletters and distributor communications.
* Contribute to sell-in presentations and commercial marketing materials.
* Identify and share best practices and successful activations from key markets.
4. Marketing Operations & Project Management
* Coordinate agencies, graphic designers, licensors, and internal stakeholders.
* Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets.
* Support the preparation of marketing plans, launch presentations, and reporting documents.
* Create and update product descriptions and sales tools.
Ideal Profile
* Preferred experience within international consumer brands in the fashion, watches, jewelry, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
* Background in corporate marketing environments preferred.
* Experience in product launches, retail marketing, trade marketing, or go-to-market strategies.
* Project management and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working across multiple brands and culture simultaneously.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location & Working Model
* Freelance role (3-4 days/week)
* Fully remote position
* Based in Europe, preferably Italy - Milan
* Availability to travel abroad when required
* Remuneration commensurate with experience
* Monthly remuneration paid against invoice
