We are looking for aSenior Product Owner / Technical Project Managerto lead the delivery of ourCPPC Tiers industrial control platform, a mission-critical solution for utility-scale renewable and energy storage systems.
This is a strategic role at the intersection ofindustrial software, power systems, and business execution.

Your Mission
Ensure delivery of CPPC Tiers according to scope, milestones, and business priorities - preventing scope creep and schedule slippage while maintaining technical integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage theJira backlog(epics, user stories, prioritization)
Enforcefeature freeze and release discipline
Align R&D; activities withcommercial and partner expectations
Plan milestones and manage release cadence
Support scope vs. timeline trade-off decisions
Coordinate across control engineering, software, QA, and integration teams
Required Skills & Experience
7-10+ years intechnical product management or project management
Strong technical background
Experience managingcomplex HW/SW roadmaps
Industrial software development lifecycle knowledge
Familiarity with energy, automation, or OT environments
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira)
