In this role you drive efficiency across manufacturing processes, leveraging engineering principles to design and optimize production and material flow. You will partner with cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve performance through data-driven methods. Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (Manufacturing/Process/Continuous Improvement)
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Orientation towards digitalization and information technologies
- Flexible and adaptable to constant change
