What Rosa is
Rosa is building the preventive health subscription Italy has been waiting for. One blood draw. 100+ biomarkers. A personalised health plan, explained clearly.
We are three Bocconi founders with a working product and a clear vision for where this goes. We are in the early stages of building our nurse and lab network, exploring our first corporate partnerships, and running a pre seed raise. Everything is in motion, nothing is finished.
The role
Business development at Rosa right now means building the foundation. You will work directly with the founding team to grow our partnerships and pipeline, including corporate wellness clients, lab and nurse network, and referral channels.
This is not a PowerPoint role. You will talk to real people, open real doors, and close real deals, or learn exactly why you did not.
What you will do
Identify and reach out to potential corporate wellness clients such as HR leads, people operations teams, and executive health programmes
Support expansion of our nurse and lab partner network across Milan, Rome and Italy.
Research partnerships with gyms, longevity clinics, and pharmacies as distribution channels
Help structure and track the business development pipeline using CRM tools, outreach sequences, and follow up cadence
Attend meetings and calls with the founding team. You will be in the room, not taking notes outside it
Who you are
Studying business, management, economics, or a related field in Milan
You have had at least one experience where you convinced someone of something and succeeded
You speak Italian fluently and your English is strong
You are curious about health, longevity, or building something from scratch
You follow through reliably
We do not need five years of experience. We need someone motivated, organised, and comfortable with ambiguity.
