For Gum Base Co., we are looking for a Plant HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will report to Senior Global HR BP and functionally to Gum Base General Manager. The person will be responsible for hard and soft HR processes in Gum Base Co., collaborating within a matrix organization. What you will do Serve as the primary HR point of contact and manage the relations with plant leadership team, unions and employees; Support employees in contractual matters (CCNL, labor and social security regulations, holidays, permits, illnesses, injuries, etc.) and manage administrative activities (contracts, suppliers, institutions, etc.); Manage talent acquisition and performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development initiatives; Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution; Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive work environment; Coordinate and manage HR metrics and reporting (e.g., turnover, headcount, absenteeism) creating dashboards to facilitate decision making. Manage workforce planning and headcount budget, coordinating the plants in India, China and US; Provides support for transversal intra and inter-functional projects. Our Perfect Candidate 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in structured and organized companies, preferably in a Plant. Master Degree (humanities, law, economics); Advanced knowledge of English language; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix organizational context, adapting communication and decision-making style to build effective relationships; Business-oriented mindset, with focus on organizational goals; Resilience and flexibility to address and manage organizational changes; Effectiveness in communication, interpersonal relationships; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and priorities; Knowledge of Italian labor legislation and national contracts; Familiarity with HRIS systems and human resources management software – Success Factor/Zucchetti.
