Together, we reach 400 million households and serve over 1,000 top retailers and brands across 27 markets, including Europe, Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Australia. Ready to spark your growth with us? We are looking for a trusted partner to join our team as a CEO Assistant for a maternity cover. In this position, you will ensure seamless business continuity by keeping our CEO perfectly aligned and supported within our fast‐paced global ecosystem. Responsibilities Own and drive the execution of the CEO's complex calendar, efficiently coordinating requests across different countries, global stakeholders, and multiple time zones. Plan and execute seamless international business travel itineraries, directly managing visa requirements, bookings, check‐ins, and all relative documentation, while aligning with personal preferences. Act as the main point of contact for internal corporate workflows, overseeing digital signatures, purchase orders, and expense management in close alignment with the Treasury department. Lead the organization of high‐level internal corporate events, executive sessions, and support the coordination of company‐wide corporate gatherings. Maximize the CEO's daily efficiency by filtering, prioritizing, and assembling essential reading materials, reports, and pre‐meeting documentation. Manage corporate credit cards, internal expense reporting tools, and oversee complex medical, insurance, and personal reimbursement processes. Supervise and manage administrative updates, requirements, and logistics related to the executive company car. Provide dedicated support on confidential personal administrative tasks. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C‐level figures within fast‐changing, international environments. Exceptional diplomacy, absolute discretion, and an empathetic communication style. You possess an accommodating, open‐to‐listening approach. High resilience and decisiveness when driving the decision‐making process. You are able to guide choices firmly, navigate ambiguity, and solve conflicts in a fast‐changing landscape. Exceptionally structured, detail‐oriented, and proficient with digital executive tools, travel booking platforms, and budget pacing tools (Excel expertise is a plus). Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory, given the cross‐country nature of our leadership team. While we have an office in Milan and Barcelona, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model (full‐remote available in Europe), empowering you to work where you're most effective.
