Customer Service Support Role
In this role, you will build a professional relationship with B2B customers and provide support to facilitate sales and achieve the best possible daily service for all customer requirements.
Your tasks will include processing subsequent actions related to orders, handling customer complaints, processing returns and credit notes, maintaining and updating customer data, and order/data entry.
Requirements:
* You have a university degree preferably in sales or business administration
* Preferably some experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support
* You have knowledge of import export documentations
* Fluent level in English and Italian is required, any other language is a plus
* Hands-on mentality and the ability to convince others
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* You are a team player with intercultural sensitivity
* Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
* Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
