Overview
The MX B2B presales is a technical pre-sales specialist who provides customers, partners and the MX B2B sales team with in-depth domain product and solutions expertise. Provides support about Samsung technologies and solutions performing live demos, co-organizing events and trainings to share and improve the Samsung convergence experience.
Support the Team leader in the analysis of MX B2B sales data/forecast information and in the management of the business leads.
Responsibilities
* Support MX B2B sales providing technical assistance and insight;
* Support Team leader in the data collection and analysis of sales data/forecast;
* Support MX B2B Team members in the co-organization of events, live demo and training;
* Support MX B2B Team in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for customers and partners
Qualifications
* Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in Management/TLC/IT Engineering;
* Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tool required. Basic knowledge of MDM platform will be considered as a plus.
* Language Knowledge: good written and spoken Italian & English.
* Others: Problem solving skills, good teamwork, high accuracy in performing tasks.
