Job Description Within the Group Leadership Development & Academy Function we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. Group Academy function is in charge to support Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture talents, to accelerate the Group's transformation. The department is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for business and future challenges. Key responsibilities of the role will include:Supporting the budgeting process and the operational management of purchases Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to monitor international training program KPIs, conduct data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, and assist in preparing detailed reports Ensuring accurate data collection and continuous tracking of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategies aimed at enhancing the overall impact of training initiatives Supporting the reporting of Learning & Development initiativesThe successful candidate will be working in a highly engaging environment and must be willing to study to get further insight into the subject as well as to work with a very wide international team.
