Office and Travel Administrative Officer (Outsourced contract)

Office inspection and responsible for office housekeeping and cleanliness

Hotel & air-tickets booking

Receive & Distribute letters & parcels from couriers

Order pantry, stationary and other office commodities

Order name card for office & store staff

Negotiate and co-ordinate with external and internal parties, such as contractors, suppliers and vendors

Prepare payment and travel expense

Monitor office staff schedules

Manage the plants in office area

Act as a main contact point with our IT support - Principle One, as well as create & terminate employees’ email accounts

Coordinate with office maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, other damage of office facilities) and office renovation

Arrange office cleaning, carpet & pest control

Update telephone list

Secretarial/General HR work for HR department

Outside office assistant job

Assist in organize festival event e.g. Annual Dinner and Christmas Party

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder or above

At least 2 years of relevant experience

Mature, responsible, xpavfwm diligent, detail‑minded and well‑organized

High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality

Able to handle multi‑tasks and work under pressure and fast‑paced working environment

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command in MS Office software skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
