Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our Rome boutique team.
This
role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experience, reflecting the brand's ethos, and
driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized advice and product knowledge.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Participate in promotional activities and events to boost sales.
Store Operations: Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Brand Representation: Uphold Coreterno's brand image and values in all interactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge and brand stories to effectively communicate them to
customers.
Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
