- Empathize with customers, manage emotional states, and resolve issues calmly and patiently.
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing procedures focused on customer centricity, with increasingly customized processes.
- Contribute to achieving team quantitative and qualitative targets.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Operator.
- Knowledge of CRM Salesforce application;
good knowledge ofOffice package, especially Excel.
- Italian: Native;
English: Professional proficiency.
- Availability to travel to our suppliers’ locations.
