You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Limana (BL), Italy.Mission of the roleTo improve the Plant productivity and competitiveness, through involving our people on Lean principles & methods implementationResponsibilitiesStandard Routings definition and calculationAnalyzing and managing production flow processesCalculating and managing time for each process phaseImplementing standard routings to improve efficiency and reduce costsManufacturing Softwares Key UserManaging and optimizing the software used in productionTroubleshooting technical issues and providing user supportStandard Operating Procedures creationSupport to creation and maintenance SOPEfficiency and Productivity improvement projectsOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculation monitoringPerformance and Cycle Time Benchmarking by Product and ProcessCollecting and analyzing data on performance and cycle timesComparing performance with industry standards or best practicesIdentifying improvement opportunities based on benchmarking resultsProduction Line balancingAnalyzing workload and capacity of production linesImplementing strategies to balance workload and optimize resource useContinuously monitoring and adjusting line balancingFeasibility analysis and Processes definitionEvaluating the technical and economic feasibility of new products, improvements process or new investment to increase efficiency and reduce costsCollaborating with engineering and production teams to implement new processesEducation & Experience we are looking for• A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering or Technical Diploma.Qualifications we are looking forAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Knowledge of Autocad 2D and preferable knowledge of 3D modeling (Inventor, Solidworks)knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferable)Leadership: Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train staff and communicate with all levels of the organization.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with lean production principles and expertise in time and methods analysis.
