Core Responsibilities: Document Design and Layout: Developing and managing templates for automated document production using Doc1 or similar tools. Quality Assurance and Document Maintenance: Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance and branding guidelines. Data Handling and Integration: Using data from various sources to create personalized, customer-centric document communications. Testing: Generating customer/data-specific testing files and performing end-to-end testing. Incident Handling: Resolving reported incidents and urgent tasks effectively. Workflow Automation: Implementing and maintaining automated workflows for document creation and distribution. Collaboration and Communication: Working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Qualifications: Experience with Doc1 / Engage1 or similar document automation tools. Knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Unix is advantageous. Programming skills are a plus. Understanding of data integration and basic data manipulation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
