Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program. This includes handling issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management. Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by:
* Advising businesses and legal professionals on compliance with competition laws;
* Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
* Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings internationally, and assist in responding to government inquiries.
