Preliminary Design production (2d and 3d) accordingly to commercial, budget and timing constraints and briefs; Design presentation to prepare the submissions to CEO and Creative Director; Final design production (2d and 3d) accordingly to the CEO / Creative Director guidance and to feasibility check and budget constraints; Construction Design drawings check and follow up, quality check leadership, including virtual walkthroughs and site visits; Value engineering design solutions in case of extra-budget; Lighting design architectural concept ideas, global check and coordination; Feedback after store opening with the different stakeholders; Store concept evolution and production of new moods and aesthetics; Materials research; Luxury field & stores competitors research and benchmark; Weekly conversations and alignment with visual merchandising and store planning project management team.Team management tasks:
