**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Manage operations of the Front Desk, according to Company policies and procedures and compliance with our Code of Conduct
- Handle guest complaints and anticipate guests needs.
- Manage room allocation, review room availability status, room blockage and special requests on a daily basis through working closely with Central Reservation Office, General Manager and all other departments
- Staff coaching, performance appraisal, work organization and development of all Front staff
- Continuous update of activities and attractions available in the area
- Ensure that Guest database is updated as per our policy
**Requirements**:
**We require**:
- Steady career path in 4 or 5 stars Hotels, previous experience in the same position at international level.
- Fluent in English and Italian. Third Language required, fluency with Russian language preferred.
- Excellent communicational skills: skilled at engaging audience.
- Customer and Personal Service: knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
- Originality: able to come up with clever ideas about products, services or situations, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
- Team leader: skilled at building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment
- Building trust: ability to interact with others in an honest, fair and respectful way
