SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the verification, testing, diagnosing, and repairing of electronic circuit board assemblies. Shift: (Mon-Thurs 6p to 6a) 402 shift ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and repair basic powered functional test failures (power, traffic, network issues) to a component level on electronic circuit board assemblies, while maintaining minimal quantities of Engineering and Component hold assemblies. Exhibit proficiency in the use of electronic test and measurement equipment. Understand and utilize assembly documentation such as schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals, debug, testing tools, and procedures. Assist the Test Engineering department in data evaluation programs to improve diagnosis efficiency. Follow production requirements, rules, policies, and procedures. Work as part of a team to achieve Diagnostic department’s process yield goals. Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge Requirements Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. Effective communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, and the public. Problem-solving skills: collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing conclusions. Proficiency in operating Windows-based computers and related software. Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil’s software packages. Ability to write simple correspondence and interpret visual aids. Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and graph interpretation.
