About the Role
Alpinestars is seeking a Warehouse Project Manager to join our IT Department at headquarters.

Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage IT projects related to supply chain and warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP integrations, etc.) from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
* Monitor project progress, track KPIs relevant to supply chain and warehouse operations (e.g., order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, on-time delivery), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within supply chain and warehouse operations.
* Leverage knowledge of supply chain and warehouse processes to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Required Skills
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the Warehouse Management and Supply Chain areas.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control).
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and integrations.
* Stakeholder Management skills.
* Good command of English (B2 level).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
