Scopra se è il candidato/la candidata ideale leggendo la panoramica completa qui sotto.OBR, a renowned international architecture firm based in Milan, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant for a full-time position.Joining OBR means entering a truly multidisciplinary environment, where architects, designers, researchers, and professionals from all over the world collaborate to build visions, projects, and innovation.This role combines office management responsibilities with direct executive support to the Partners, offering the opportunity to contribute to both the operational excellence of the studio and the effectiveness of its leadership. Role OverviewThe ideal candidate is autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.As Office Manager & Personal Assistant, you will oversee the daily functioning of the studio while providing structured and confidential support to the Partners. You will act as a key point of coordination across teams and ensure that both office operations and executive workflows run smoothly.This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct interaction with leadership, and room for professional growth within an international and culturally vibrant workplace.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Work closely with the Partners and multidisciplinary teamsEnsure smooth daily office operationsProvide high-level organizational and executive supportContribute to maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming studio environmentIdeal Qualifications Previous experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar roleExperience in architecture, engineering, or creative industries is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProactive mindset and strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of discretion and reliabilityAttention to detail and precisionAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deadlinesFluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (considered a plus)Core Responsibilities Overseeing day-to-day office management and studio organizationManaging Partners' calendars, meetings, and prioritiesOrganizing business trips, travel arrangements, and logisticsCoordinating suppliers, service providers, and office-related contractsLiaising with Accountant, Payroll, Financial Consultant, and Insurance providerHandling reception duties and ensuring a welcoming environment for guestsSupporting administrative and basic accounting activitiesCollaborating with Partners and COO to ensure operational efficiencyAdditional ResponsibilitiesDepending on experience and studio needs, the role may also include:Supporting HR processes (screening CVs, organizing interviews)Assisting in national and international tenders and competitionsSupporting communication and editorial activitiesOBR is an inclusive workplace: responsibilities, compensation, and career opportunities will be aligned with experience, capabilities, and engagement. xdwybme If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your application with your CV in PDF format (max 10 MB) to to the attention of Giulia Ragazzi.
