Inventory Management**: - Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of luxury products, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Order Fulfillment & Organization**: - Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client requests promptly.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing stockroom, reflecting the luxury standards of the brand.
- Contribute to the aesthetic presentation of products in coordination with visual merchandisers.

Quality, Security & Loss Prevention**: - Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address quality issues and maintain the highest standards.
- Implement security measures to safeguard valuable inventory.
- Work closely with security personnel to prevent theft and unauthorized access to stock areas.

Multi-collaboration**: - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management, to meet overall boutique objectives.
- Provide support during stock-taking activities and contribute to the success of periodic audits.

Reporting and Documentation**: - Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all stock-related activities, including receipts, transfers, and returns. **YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in stock management within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities. Very good organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.
- Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity.
- Passion: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
- Language Proficiency: Very good Italian and English language skills.
