 
        Associate Contracts Officer – Milan, Italy Full-time | Hybrid | Renewable Energy & Infrastructure We’re hiring a proposal engineer to join the Legal & Contracts team of a leading international renewable energy and infrastructure company in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in contract administration, legal coordination, or dWocument control who wants to grow within a fast-moving global business. About the Role As an Associate Contracts Officer, you’ll support the preparation, review, and management of a wide range of commercial, supply, and service contracts. You’ll work closely with legal, project, and procurement teams to ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and properly executed. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s contract management systems, helping to streamline internal processes and ensure full compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and supply contracts Manage contract execution, amendments, and variations through to completion Coordinate signatures, approvals, and archiving of all corporate and legal documents Maintain accurate records, registers, and document templates Work with project and legal teams to monitor contract performance and compliance Support board resolutions, powers of attorney, and internal approvals Contribute to process improvement across the Legal & Contracts function Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration, tender or proposal Background in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors preferred Strong organisational and document management skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken) Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits Group health insurance Meal allowance Hybrid work setup (Milan HQ) Opportunity to develop within a global renewable energy leader
