Project managers direct the planning and execution of a project and personally commit to the success of the project. They nurture the project to meet its objectives. Industrial Project Management (CAPEX Engineering) /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in planning and managing capital investment projects (revamping, new production lines, infrastructure, utilities). /li liFull lifecycle project management : Business Case → Basic Detailed Engineering → Procurement → Construction → Commissioning → Handover. /li liKnowledge of EHS procedures and permit-to-work systems for industrial sites. /li liExperience working with equipment suppliers and contractors (mechanical, electrical, automation). /li /ul h32. Project Governance and Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liExperience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, liaising with: /li li ul liSite management and corporate functions (Finance, HSE, Quality, Procurement) /li liProcess engineering, maintenance, operations, and RD /li liExternal suppliers and consultants /li /ul /li liLeading project reviews, gate meetings, and progress reporting (KPIs, cost, schedule, risks). /li /ul h33. Budgeting and Financial Control /h3 ul liManagement of CAPEX budgets up to €2M. /li liExperience in cost / benefit analysis, cost control, and financial forecasting. /li liFamiliarity with company procedures for investment approvals and purchase order management. /li /ul h34. Methodologies and Tools /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and structured problem-solving tools. /li /ul h35.
