This 24‑month journey is designed to accelerate your growth into a technical expert supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of Tetra Pak equipment at customer sites.You’ll follow a tailored development plan, working directly on our technologies across electrical, mechanical and automation domains.
Through on‑site assignments and rotations, you’ll learn to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support installations, solve technical issues and collaborate closely with customers in the Food & Beverage industry.By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready for a field‑based engineering role with strong technical, problem‑solving and customer‑focused skills.We’re looking for recent graduates who are driven, innovative, strong communicators and eager to apply theory to real challenges in a multicultural environment.The programme starts in September 2026 and is based in Rubiera, Italy.
