Ph3Overview /h3pAs a Senior Accountant - Import/Export Specialist, you will manage international trade accounting, VAT, and customs processes to ensure compliant, accurate financial handling of global transactions. You’ll integrate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Administration to support growth and reliable reporting in a cross‑functional, international setting. You’ll drive Intrastat and VAT activities while monitoring shipments from a financial perspective, contributing to the company’s safe, efficient international trade operations. This role offers a visible impact on global projects and cross-border commerce within a collaborative Italian team. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage accounting activities for import/export transactions /liliEnsure VAT treatment for Intra‑EU, Extra‑EU, triangular and multi‑party transactions /liliRecord and monitor sales invoices in Navision ERP /liliSupport monthly financial reporting processPrepare and submit Intrastat declarations /liliPerform monthly VAT calculations and support VAT returns /liliEnsure compliance with customs documentation and regulations /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Administration /liliMonitor international shipments and logistics flows from a financial perspective /liliSupport commercial activities involving international clients /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience or 10 years of relevant experience /liliStrong knowledge of International VAT regulations, Customs procedures, Trade compliance /liliProficiency in ERP systems (ideally Navision) and MS Office /liliFluency in English and Italian /liliStrong attention to detail and accuracy /liliHigh level of accountability and ownership /liliExcellent communication skills /liliAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
