This role in summary The intern would collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Every Day Performance Excellence, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs. Your responsibilities will include - Timely Case Management with identification of any pain point themes; - Reporting requirements and data analysis used to support annual talent management processes and talent related workforce reporting; - Engagement reporting; - EPE process completion reporting (monitoring and sharing reporting, tracking completion, communicating completion to key stakeholders); - Talent Assessment & Succession Nomination/Planning reporting; - Contribute on training content and related materials; - Contribute on communications strategy and materials to support annual talent management processes (defining communications plan, writing different types of communications for channels and diverse stakeholders). Minimum requirements - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management or related field; - Strong data analysis with proficiency in Pack Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets; - Interest for HR topic especially Talent Management: - Great Communication skills; - Fluent in English; - Some research experience/skills could be helpful.
