By connecting buyers and sellers through cutting-edge technology, we empower seamless car trading experiences across Europe. /ppOur trusted brands, including AUTO1.com, Autohero.com, and Noicompriamoauto.it, are transforming the automotive industry. /ppstrongDescrizione del lavoro /strong /ppFor the Autohero brand, we are looking for a Head of Sales Retail responsible for managing and leading the sales force dedicated to the B2C market. /ppstrongQualifiche /strong /pulliManage a team of Team Leaders, supporting them in their work with inside sales representatives responsible for the telephone sales of used cars. /liliOversee the sales team's performance by monitoring key KPIs such as outbound and inbound calls; develop an organized structure for outbound calls, defining precise intervals for lead follow-ups and ensuring process effectiveness. /liliContinuously monitor existing KPIs, identify new success metrics, and ensure the teams meet the defined targets. /liliAnalyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement targeted corrective actions. /liliProvide continuous feedback and coaching to improve the skills and performance of Team Leaders and inside sales representatives. /liliCollaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient workflows aligned with strategic goals. /liliCreate clear and structured reports to present sales results and improvement initiatives. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliExperience: At least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in telephone sales or a similar environment. /liliLeadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of Team Leaders and sales representatives, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment. /liliData-driven approach: Excellent ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions based on quantitative insights. /liliKPI knowledge: Experience in defining, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs for sales teams. /liliCommunication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. /liliLanguages: Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English. /li /ulpstrongWhat We Offer /strong /pulliThe opportunity to work in a leading company in the used car sector. /liliA dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and continuous training. /liliA competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses. /li /ulpstrongInformazioni aggiuntive /strong /ppThe place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Italy, at Via Perin Del Vaga 2, Milano and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
