About the Internship
This role is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in fintech, structured finance, and data analytics, all while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. If you're ready to take on the challenge, we'd love to have you on board
Responsibilities:
1. Be part of the communication with clients/ users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and technical requirements for software developers.
2. Prepare and maintain documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents and user product documentation, ensuring accuracy, updates, and accessibility for the team.
3. Assist in creating test cases or scenarios based on requirements and participate in verifying that the solutions meet business needs and expectations.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, share updates, and gather feedback to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor processes, and best practices to support informed decision-making and provide insights to the team.
6. Offer basic support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or features, helping to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption.
7. Support on preparing and delivering polished presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings, project updates, and recommendations effectively.
What We're Looking For
8. A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
9. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
10. Basic understanding of the financial services domain.
11. Flexible, team-oriented, and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Nice to have - Knowledge in SQL and relational databases.
This is a full-time internship that requires a commitment to a daily schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
